Downloading PDFs from Notes module creates 'index.php' file

Hi,

Some of the PDFs that are saved to the notes module when generated and sent work fine.

However, some of them do not. When I click on the name to download it: ‘index.php’ is downloaded which when renamed is a perfect pdf document.

What’s causing this weird rename?

What type of note is it?

Can you replicate on the SuiteCRM demo?

If so, can you highlight the steps to re-create the issue?

It’s a note that is created when a PDF is generated and emailed.

Unfortunately I can’t seem to replicate it.
