[Download Import File Template] is not getting downloaded. when i click to [Download Import File Template] it simply redirect to another page.
Don’t know how to resolve this

please you please let me know the command to check logs. actually i am very new to ubuntu and had installed suitecrm into it.
Did you install SuiteCRM on the ubuntu? Where did you install it?
You will see logs folder in the root directory of your CRM. Also, php & sugarcrm logs in the /public/legacy/ folder.
