Double call problem in suitecrm

Good evening! I installed suitecrm on a freepbx server and I created a queue to which I mentioned several extensions, and as a choice of destination I chose this queue in freepbx… to say that when I receive an incoming call I ring 5 extensions at the same time… But I noticed that when I take the call on one of the extensions I have duplicate calls… please how to solve the problem of double call while maintaining calls on several extensions
