When I create template for import data into module, I don’t see in *.csv file some critical fields like: relationship between modules or field with checkbox or some other.
Even if I have Import attribute on that fields.
Why it doesn’t work?

I believe that, out of the box, the Import Template that you can create only contains the standard fields for the Module.
If you want a more accurate .csv, you could export one of your records from that module. The csv should then contain all of the fields necessary.

That was exactly what I did some time ago to solve a problem.
Sad that template can’t be upgradable.
