Hi,
I’m new to SuiteCRM but what I have seen from the demo and information so far I am loving it. I am representing a client which has a few different requirements and wanted to get some information on whether SuiteCRM may meet them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The company has multiple divisions and so would need group management to separate what people can see. However, I am wondering what limitations there are with this (I think it may be a plugin). The client would need to have separate views of all things including products, reporting, search, etc. which is like multi-tenancy. Is this possible?
The company has a strong brand identity and would want to make it look very much look like there company brand. Is it easy to theme this and to what extent?
The company is a strong believer in making things simple for their staff and so use Microsoft Identity Model which uses Oauth to allow single sign-on. Is this possible with SuiteCRM?

Yes! This is all possible within Security Suite and using Roles, the basic version of security suite is included within the core SuiteCRM however the full version might meet your requirements better: Full Version Of Secuity Suite

This is also possible the SuiteR theme allows for full colour customisation, the most recent theme SuiteP currently through the CRM cannot be changed although this is a feature that is planned to be added in a future release

Yes! This is also possible. This is not available out the box however is achievable with development
Just to add a suggestion to what Cameron said: there is a very nice tutorial that helped me a lot with my Security Settings set up, which is similar to yours:
Thanks for this. I did note somewhere though that emails may be seen in History to which they are not relevant because of the way it links based upon the email address to and cc fields.
Is this correct?
Due to their compliance obligations they are not supposed to see any shared info but obviously want central reporting!
I’m not sure but I think it is saying that if someone gets an email from a contact and another user got a separate email as well. In the contact history it might show both irrelevant of who you are.
That post is about SugarCRM, from 2013, and doesn’t state the version. It might be Pro version with Teams, a completely different code from Security Settings module in SuiteCRM.
You’d have to test that in SuiteCRM to see if it’s really a problem.
