Detail View Customization

Hi,

1. I have created custom module
2. i have created relationship of custom module to contact module
3. now On the detail view i have custom module subpanel
4. i want to add where condition into subpanel list view query
5. From where i can customize sub panel list view query
6. Please guide me proper way
