How to delete user? there is no action for delete

This is found under “User Management” -> “User Detail-view” -> “Actions” -> “Delete”

I has klik ‘Admin’ >> ‘User Management’ >> (select some user)… the problem is, there is no ‘user Detail-view’ and ‘Action’
