Default Group for new LDAP user

Hi

is there an option to join new LDAP user to a default group ?

I don’t know this part of SuiteCRM very well, I never used LDAP with it. But I believe there is no such option, at least I’ve never seen it.

But it might be easy to achieve with a Logic hook, or even with a Workflow. When a new user is created, if group is empty, add to default group.

i dident see this feature is already part of the system

so if someone is looking to do the same its located under:

admin -> Security Suite Settings -> Default Groups for New Records
group=your desired group
Module=users
