Date range parameter is not working in Reports

Hello Folks,

In reports, date Range Parameters does not work between two date range like Date Created: Greater Then 1-1-2019 ANd Less than or equal to 28-02-2019 … Or I am using a wrong parameters to do so?
Any solution?
Any advice from the past experiences ??? I am using Version 7.10.11.

As soon as we click on Update, date ranges vanished and report comes out with no data.
