Date format d/m/Y

Iā€™m trying to change date format. Changed datef and date_format in config.php, quick repair - still have m/d/Y :confused:

Its working now - i had to change time format in user preferences.

for more information here the user preferences. Admin>User Management>Click certain user>Edit>Advanced tab. Scroll down u can see edit the date format there.
