Good evening,
it is possible to import data into contacts and companies at the same time via CSV import?

It is about the address which is the same for me both for contact (work) and company.
I also have a URL on contact that would be the same for the company.

No, not via CSV import.

However you can use logic hook (before save) in Contacts module that can Create an Account with the Info copied from Contact and associate the Contact with Newly created Account.
