The different IP addresses can be just different people accessing your system (even Google robots), or you accessing from mobile and then from desktopā¦

Ok, I bet that is the file that is requiring ācustom/modules/Connectors/connectors/sources/ext/rest/facebook/config.phpā and causing the error.
Anything under custom is there because you created it, or put it there. So you have to think of what customizations you (or others for you) did. It might also be part of an add-on.
You can try temporarily removing that file from custom, to see if it solves the current problem, but then look for what custom functionality you broke.
