Dashboard Error on SuiteCRM 7.7.1

a got “Warning: Smarty error: Missing required field:file in D:\xampp7\htdocs\suitecrm771\include\Smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1094” when add new dashlet, and any ideas how I can fix this?

We recommend that you suppress warnings/notices in your php.ini on the server your CRM is hosted on, so these do not show on the page and cause issues. Warnings/notices will not prevent the CRM from working as expected.

XAMPP is very picky with PHP errors…
