Customize the Report Condition fields in Reports detailview

Hi All,
I am using Report module to generate report of cases module . There is a requirement of dependency drop down in condition fields in detail view . e.g . if i choose a location ,the service popup will show only the services related to this location . Can anybody help me to achieve this .

Also i want to add a custom static drop down of time interval in condition fields .

Is there any other way to achieve this type of reports .

Do you want assistance on how to create a Dynamic Dropdown field?
Or on how to add this to a Case Report, and report on the data in a Timeframe?
Or, something else?
