Customer Knowledgebase

We would like to give our customer access to our SuiteCRM Knowledgebase from our website.

This is basically how the process should work:

  1. User clicks on the Knoweledgebase link on our website

  2. If the User has a Login ID / PW then they can log in to search
    OR
    If the User is New then they create a User Login ID/PW.

  3. User searches our Knowledgebase in SuiteCRM

Note: I don’t really want them to have different menus to chose from. I just want them to be able to search and find KBase articles and to be able to download any attachments if attachments exist.

Is there a User Guide or document that explains how to do this?
