The install instructions look incomplete. Was the install easy?
Sorry can’t answer you question as I’m not the creator of the module. You should contact the provider from the store. They should help you to solve your questions.
I’ve set it up a bunch of times for clients.
It’s fairly straightforward, but there is a bugfix you need to apply. (if its not already in the core)
By default case resolution status is not added, so you have to do some customizations to add this feature (you kind of need it).
I’ve also added custom fields for clients that get pulled from SuiteCRM.
Also, one more thing I think isn’t super clear in the documentation is that you have to login redirect to the portal page URL on login.
