Customer/Client Interface

Hi,

Is there a customer/client interface where they have access on their respective cases?

ex. our company handles cases but the reporter of the cases (in our case, our customers) can view theirs. And if we resolve successfully, they can have the ability to close it.

It’s free, you download it from the SuiteCRM site and install it. It’s a simple portal, see if it has enough features for your case.
