I thought it was enough to create the relationship in the target list and load the names in the sub-panel. But so the campaign doesn’t take those emails into consideration.
Can anyone suggest me the way?
The custom module is of the account type
For that you will need to create a workflow or logic hook to create that relationship to your custom module.

In fact, I am already a little familiar with the topics above but it is not clear how to use them to make my custom module emails considered in the target list.
Creating a relationship between the two and selecting names in the subpanel is not enough. These probably need to be copied somewhere else.
