in “Custom Layout” panel, when I set a navigation bar module order for a user, when they log in to their account, the modules are sorted in a different order.
How can I set a precise order of the modules in the navigation bar?
Is it a bug? Can I edit manually a file to set the order?

@CyberGigi is this what you’re talking about (you access it from Admin area)?
Have you tried changing that checkbox to see if it affects your issue?
Have a look at each user’s User profile settings, inside their area, they might have things configured there.
But as long as I redeploy, this configuration will be overwritten
Are you coping your database after you redeploy?
