Custom module in Activities and History

Hello,

I am trying to add a Milestone module to relate to Case module. I want it to behave like the other modules such as Tasks, Calls, Meetings in the Activities and History subpanel. I also want it to show up in the Summary Pop-up the same way as the other module. However, this should only show up for Case, but not the other modules to relate to Activities.

I created the Milestone module and created a relationship for Case 1:M Milestone. I look through the different subpanel definition but I can’t seem to find the correct one to change. I am comfortable editing the code, but can anyone point me at the right direction?

For stuff to appear in the Summary pop-up, you need to set “Audit” in Studio (select module, then “Fields”).

Editing the Activity/History subpanels within a Lead

So the majority of my users are not tech savvy whatsoever so I am tasked with figuring out how to change the bottom section of a Lead where it shows “Activities, History, Campaigns, Events, Security Groups” I see the latter 3 in the Studio but I do not see where to edit Activity and History in there. They need it simplified so they do not have to click Activity->Log Call and instead have the subpanel strictly be Log Call, or Compose Email, or Write a Note, etc. Having them click on a sub menu…
