Custom fields in seach Accounts/Contacts

I have made some Custom Fields in Accounts, but how to get them visible somewhere In Accounts Module.
I need them also in Search Account, there I see the defailt fields,not yet my Customfield (for filtering)

After creating the fields, always in Studio, you have to edit masks Edit, Detail and List

I need them also in Search Account, there I see the defailt fields,not yet my Customfield (for filtering)
