Custom Field not visible in the lead creation

Hello everyone, please I’m stock. I added new field in lead, but the field is not available in lead creation. Please how can I add so, I can input data to it.

Hello Rosemary,

there could be up to three steps to add a field:

  1. Add the field to the module via studio
  2. Place the field in your layouts (I usually use the edit view and synchronize it to the detail view)
  3. Should some things not work as expected, try a Quick Repair and Rebuild

If all that doesn’t work, probably you’ll have to do some debugging via the log files.
In case of further problems, can you post your Suite version, PHP version and server setup / environment?
