Currency converter field workflow

Dear Suite CRM Community Members,

I am currently encountering an issue with the currency conversion functionality within Suite CRM’s Opportunity module, and I am seeking guidance to address it effectively.

Specifically, when I attempt to modify the “Country” dropdown within an Opportunity and subsequently expect the “Local Currency” field to dynamically update based on the selected country, I encounter difficulties. The expected behavior should be the conversion of the value from the “Opportunity Amount” field into the currency of the selected country.

Despite my efforts, the “Local Currency” field does not seem to fetch the raw value from the “Opportunity Amount” field as intended.

Could you please provide assistance or guidance on resolving this matter? Any insights, suggestions, or best practices you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
