CSV file export from reports

Hello dears,

I exported a CSV file form a report that lists Lead records from period. I noticed that when the description field has more than 1 line the CSV file process doesn’t put quotation mark correctlly.
Example:
Description field = I talked with Paul.
He requests a invoice

CSV file = “I talked with Paul. ( line 1)
He requests a invoice” (line 2)

CSV file should create into one line like this = “I talked with Paul. He requests a invoice”

When I converts CSV file to Excel, the we should see both line into just one line, but Excel creates the second line

Is there a way or suggestion to avoid this kind of export problem?

Works for me ok. Have you set the cell to wrap the text?
