Hi

I am new to CRM, and suiteCRM.
While searching I noticed all CRMs refer to number of users, what is meant by that?

While at it is suiteCRM ok for a repair shop ticketing system with RMA, and other features?

Do you mean in terms of licensing?

Users refers to user accounts which are used to login to the CRM and use the system.
