I face a problem on the CRM
A user create a Targets List,
but the other CRM user can delete the Targets List,
even it is used in a Campaign.
Is it a bug of the CRM program?

I believe this is meant to happen. Unless the other users are in a role where it is set that they cannot? is this the case?

What exactly do you mean as invalid. As in bounced or emails marked as invalid?
After the campaign is made, you View Status with various lists such, as Message sent, Viewed Messages and Bounced messages, Invalid emails.
I want to remove completely from the database of the address, specified in the list Bounced messages, Invalid emails
