Creating an Installable Package that Creates New Fields

Hi,

I am using this procedures to install a new custom field in SuiteCRM: http://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_6.5/Application_Framework/Module_Loader/Package_Examples/Creating_an_Installable_Package_that_Creates_New_Fields/

This works in SuiteCRM 6.5.*?
To install, need I access Admin / Module Loader and load .ZIP file that content manifest.php?

Yes, that is where you would upload the zip file containing the manifest.
