Creating a SUBSCRIBE Button / Function as a Link on the company website

Hello fellow Suite -Users and Creators!

my company is planning bigscaled email campaigns and in order to do so, we like to add a button for SUBSCRIBERS on our email-article series on our company website.

I did not yet discover something comparable like this in my Version on Suite which is 7.2.1 (also additional question: is this function eventually integrated in the new version 7.5.6. (or newer) )

If someone were able to explain to me if and how this is possible with Suite, I’ d be very thankful and reliefed.

Thank you for your consideration,

Best greetings,

Felix Ramstötter, from Munich, Germany

I am not sure I fully understand your requirement.

In any case, in simple terms, you can add a subscribe form in your website and connect it to SuiteCRM so that people who subscribe through that form are added to the CRM as Leads.

When you receive a Lead, first you can qualify the lead, then convert it to a contact.

To create the form you have go to the CRM and create a campaign that will accept the leads coming from the form. You could create a campaign called website leads for newsletter, for example. Once the campaign has been created you can create a website form associated to that campaign.

When you have finished creating the form you have to paste it in your website.
You are free to edit the format of the campaign provided you leave the same field names and other necessary code.

If you search the Forum you should find more detailed instructions on how to proceed.
