Create Users, Roles and Security Groups using API? Possible?

Hi,

I’m new to SuiteCRM 7. I need to create users, roles and security groups using code (Python or PHP).

SuiteCRM 7 have the V8 API, but the documentation does not answer to the question of the possibility to create this (users, roles and security groups) via API. It is possible to do it?

If not, what my alternatives?
