Is it possible that when I create a new module by creating a relationship with cases, a case can be automatically generated with the information from the new module? I am new to CRM suite

Yes it is possible a simple method of doing this creating a workflow. Here is documentation of the workflows it can be used to create new related modules
Another method is to create a logic hook. This will require writing some code but provides more granularity in what you can achieve
