Hi to all, i’ve a question, is there a way to create in Meeting listview an export in pdf like the export csv?

I don’t think there is, no.

If you want to try and build that customization with code, I advise to look at the “Generate letter” option in Contacts List View, it should be pretty similar: you define a PDF template, and that option applies the template to the data you selected on the List view.
