Create a document within the modules

Hi

I am trying to create a document within the following modules:
Accounts
Projects
Opportunities

Can anyone provide me the steps to perform this action.

Also, how can I add a file upload field in the module.

Is there a way to add a module within a module. For example: in the projects module can I have a create a new document option.

You can add a relationship to documents to your parent module by navigating to Admin -> Studio -> Module -> Relationships and then ‘Add Relationship’.
