Create a custom lead form from an existing Gravity Forms on website

Hi everyone!

I would like to create a custom lead form that lines up exactly with the Gravity Forms plugin on our site. Then, I will use a WordPress plugin that will automatically submit new leads from our website directly into SuiteCRM.

How do I create this custom lead form? The menu system in SuiteCRM is not straightforward at all to me.

Edit View
Click and drag any fields to delete that are irrelevant
