Crash Top Menu SuiteCRM 7.9.2

Hi,

i have upgrade my suiteCRM from 7.8.x to 7.9.2

after upgrade done, i go to Home Page. View of this theme Good.
but when i go to any module page (e.g Opportunities). Top Menu from this Page just Black and link lable.
i’ve attach screen shoot from my suitecrm
anyone have this problem to?

Try a Quick Repair and Rebuild

Then try deleting the directory themes/cache

Then recheck your permissions, if your PHP doesn’t have permissions to read and write the CSS files and cache, this kind of thing happens.

i’ve repail using quick repair and rebuild and delete Chace/theme folder.
my PHP also have permission for read and write CSS file.
but it’s still error.

and it happen only if i load module from top menu.

if i load module from Dashlet, it not happen.

Have you tried in a different computer/ different browser? It could be a local problem…

i’ve try in different browser and different PC. if different PC using same browser, it works well on other PC but one of browsers in other PC must be error.
and using my PC but using different browsers, it works well in other browser but not works well in firefox.

So can you try upgrading your Firefox, or clearing Firefox’s cache?
