The crm is hosted on the cloud and we are facing the issue as the cpu utilization is 100% and lagging down the performance
/usr/sbin/httpd process showing the highest cpu consumption and create some abuse broadcast, Please reply soon as the situation is critical

This might be because of the frequently running crons on your server.

I have stopped cron for testing but still we are getting 100% utilization.
/usr/sbin/httpd process -> getting more usage
Do you have the lucene indexing (AOD) configured? I found that after I set that up and configured cron to index once a day I had one core maxed at 100% utilization for hours–maybe forever. I was able to kill the process and stopped cron, but have not solved the issue yet.
