count functionality

Hello everyone,

I am new to suitecrm and want to add a functionality of counting how many contacts a person has created. Anyone has any idea how do i implement that?

Only the person with admin rights can create a report ?

No, anyone that has access to the Reports Module with Edit rights can, and I think that they need to have read access to the module that will be used to make reports.
