In php mydadmin, I can see the database. But when I have the wampserver running, and open a browser with http://localhost/SuiteCRM-7.3-MAX/index.php?module=Users&action=Login&login_language=en_us , I see the above error. Same if I put http://localhost/SuiteCRM-7.3-MAX/ into the browser.

On my old windows 7 computer , I could not get it to wok on wamp either, but it worked fine on Unicontroller (Uniserve)
However it has grown to a big file now on the windows 7 comp, and I can not import into Uniserve onto the windows 10 comp. So out of luck using wamp or Uniserve. (uni zero

Copying a Suite CRM onto a new comp so far has taken three days! ( I am finding it tricky , so any help welcome)

(PS I like the new UI for the next version coming out)

I could not edit the post?

So I copied the entire folder from UniserverZ in Windows 7 machine, over to Uniserver z Folder in windows 10. Both machines now show Version 7.6.4

The URL still shows 7.3 though ? like this http://localhost/SuiteCRM-7.3-MAX/index.php?module=Home&action=index

Also, I still cannot upgrade the Logo… but it is easy in a new copy of 7.4 . The logo just loads.

In the "upgrade path " working through 7.3 to get to 7.4 , when i try to change the logo , I receive the message “The file format of the image must be JPEG or PNG. Upload a new file with the file extension .jpg or .png.” even if the file is already a .png , or a jpg file .

So right now , I can actually get

a. the upgraded 7.3 , to work properly on windows 7 and windows 10 laptops, but cannot get the alternate logo to work on either machine.
b. Can also go into a fresh downloaded 7.6.4 , and the new logo works just fine, and all the accounts ( thousands) are there, but I somehow do not have all my custom fields working in the 7.6.4 setup on windows 10 . The 7.3 shows all correct field names, and latitude and longitude fields, but these are missing in 7.6.4 ,

Would like to have either the 7.3 (upgraded already to 7.6.4) , with the same functionality as a new download of 7.6.4 , or alternately figure out if its just a template somewhere that need to be tweaked for the 7.6.4 , to show the extra fields for latitude and longitude, and the other names that I had changed , like “Billing address” in shown in 7.6.4, but I had already changed it to “street address” in the earlier 7.3.

Any advice welcomed!

Just a further note: The Fatal error in the first post, still applies , if I try to use Wamp 2.5 (Version is 4.6.2 , I managed to upgrade it )

hmm could not edit… ok… just to mention, I am only using Uniserver , because I cannot get it to work with Wamp, but I could at least upgrade wamp to version 4.6.2 , which I could not figure out how to do that with Uniserver, but somehow Uniserver works with Suite CRM fine.
