Copy Relationships On Duplicate

I actually thought this was the default behaviour however,
when duplicating a record none of the records the original are related to are relating to the new record.

I think it would be good to have an option to copy across the relationships also.

Upon creating this topic I’ve noticed someone has asked about this in the past however the post is not in the Suggestion Box (How to duplicate record including relationships)

We were also considering this option but it isn’t always obvios.

Would you duplicate all related records of a record of any module? This behavior could cause caos depending the situations.

If I’m not mistaken Surveys, Projects and Quotes/Invoices/Contracts are already doing so.

Perhaps a feature to decide which child records should be duplicated upon the duplication process…
