When I convert a lead, the emails/notes/etc. that were related to the lead do not seem to transfer to the contact. Is that correct?
Seems like they should. Am I misunderstanding how to use leads?

Hi,
have a look in your system settings (index.php?module=Configurator&action=EditView)
There is a setting for “Lead Conversion Options:”, set it to “copy” or “move”.

Mine is set to Move
Then at the foot of the Convert screen you choose between Account or Contact
Pretty much all of one of our client company users forget!
