Converted Student now showing in campaign

Hello,

I have made a campaign in Suite CRM, inside it i made a target list.
I added leads to the Target List. Now when i convert this lead in the Target List, the converted contact does not show in the contacts inside the Target List.

I have to select and add the converted Contact separately. Is there a way so that when i convert one of the leads in the target list, they get added to the same target list under contacts.

Please advice.
