Hi, quick question, is there an ‘‘upgrade’’ or migration strategy from Sugar PRO 6.5.20 to SuiteCRM? Any pointers to relevant documentation greatly appreciated

You would need to migrate any data out using scripts/db queries and then input this into SuiteCRM.

You cannot upgrade or migrate using a package as the professional version is a proprietary licensed piece of software, whereas SuiteCRM is open source.

If you have done any customisations, you will also need to find out if these can be implemented on SuiteCRM or if you will have to re-write, as some customisations are actually owned by the software provider/vendor depending on where/how these are done.
