Convert Email into leads

Hello ,
I need to know how can i automatically convert email into leads

For example : if i get emails on demo@example.com (Suitcrm integrated email) it should automatically covert into leads in SUITCRM ’

I suppose that basically it nis not possible, because suitecrm, by defult make the field SURNAME to be obligatory.

If you are getting Emails from a Website From, then WebtoLead form is available in Campaigns which you can use/integrate in your website to get all submissions as Leads.

Emails to Cases functionality is available by default. You can check that out.

yes i think, to use the case module is the right way. If you have a case, you can create a lead via workflow.

Thanks ALL of you but i have did this with my custom code when ever i am getting new email i have get its all body labels using imp_mail and convert that into leads hitting url of web2lead form
