Hi again @namitkakusuitecrm,
Looks like this could be the same permission related issue, I could be wrong however I would assume that the issue is caused by the Quick Repair and Rebuild
command that syncs vardefs and the database not having permission to read the vardefs.php file.
Therefore I’ll refer you back to my last commend on your previous thread;
Sir my application is live how can i play with the permissions hope you understand . Is there any other way by which this can be solved ?
Your application really shouldn’t be live with incorrect permissions. I’m confused about how the CRM doesn’t appear to work very competently at the current state yet your live? We have tried our best to offer a solution however every issue you raise leads back to the same cause. I would suggest looking for a new more practical host for a complex web application which allows for SSH access and ensure your system is up to date using the newest SuiteCRM LTS version available before making any further relatable threads.
Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to seeing you back here soon
Sir i don’t have any other option i have to do this only. We have a launch very soon. Hope you understand.
There are thousands of shared hostings out there, including some very economic ones, that offer SSH access.
Sir when i was using existing phone number in accounts module the it shows proper format.But for my custom field it shows default values. Why is it so ?
Can you paste a screenshot of the Studio definition for your field? I would like to have a look at its data type, default values etc.
That’s the list of fields, I want what you see when you click the specific field that is showing values like 2147483647.
Thank you i changed the Dayatype of contact field to Phone and it work fine now . Please help me in auto increment unique ID concept.
