When user goes to Contact module → contact record → ACTIONS → Manage Subscription, and move newsletters to “Newsletters Subscribed To” column and clicks on SAVE.
The save completes without any error, but the newsletters are not retained in the Newsletters Subscribed To column. When I open Manage Subscription again, the contact is no longer subscribed to those newsletters.
I’ve confirmed that the newsletters exist and can be selected. However, the subscription is never saved.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there any configuration or permission required for newsletter subscriptions to be saved?
