I have tried every trick in the book with PHP,INI to increase the time out … but it seems there is something i still don’t know

You can go in Admin / Diagnostics and select “phpinfo” and export it.

Do you always get the timeout? Or just occasionally?
Can you upgrade to 7.10.1?
I cannot upgrade to any new version as the timeout “always” happens when trying to upgrade
am still running the beta version of 7.10
Does it time out after 30 seconds?
I see two values for max_execution_time, one of them is 30 seconds, the other one is bigger.

Yes, in php.ini, but according to the one you posted above, it should already be set to a big value.

I want to make sure you’re setting it in the right place, there is usually more than one php.ini in a system.
The path given above is the one your SuiteCRM is using, according tothe phpinfo you extracted.

To: max_input_time = 6000
