Confirmed Opt-in Template

Hi, I’ve searched for an answer, but cannot find one.

Somehow I have destroyed the confirmed opt-in template, now the link to opt-in doesn’t work as it doesn’t contain a URL only plain text.

Could someone tell me what the URL should be, please? Urgently!

In Email Templates on 710.4 I have a template called “Confirmed Opt-in” with these contents:

Hi $contact_first_name $contact_last_name,

Please confirm that you have opted in by selecting the following link: Opt In

And those words “Opt in” have the following URL:

$sugarurl/index.php?entryPoint=ConfirmOptIn&from=$emailaddress_email_address
