Configuring SMTP outbound with Protonmail not working

SuiteCRM 7.12.1 - Trying to configure SMTP Email Settings with Protonmail but no success.

Has anyone being able to configure SMTP Email Settings using Proton Bridge?

Any help would be great!!

I’m assuming ProtonMail bridge does the encryption/ decryption to ensure the mails are encrypted before accepted into the ProtonMail server.

This probably would not require any unique code, looking at it from the 50,000 foot level.

Where would you install the bridge? What’s the path between the bridge and your SuiteCRM installation?

I think that’s the first step. Then you get your email settings (IMAP or Pop3, SMTP) from the bridge and test the connection to it as your email server and ensure it works. Connection type, security type, correct password, complete user name.
