Configure Module Menu Filters does not working in 7.7.1

Configure Module Menu Filters does not working in 7.7.1. Add Filter does not work. Drag and Drop does not work.

They are working in 7.6.6

This is not working for me too. I want to add Spots to the Marketing Filter but the drag and drop is not functional.

I upgraded from 7.6.6 -> 7.7.1
