Configure directory locations for upgrades and legacy cache critical user data subdirectories

Is there a way to separate the upgrades folders from uploads? (create new folder)

Good idea. It’d be nice to have configurable directory locations for others such as the directories under legacy/cache which are not really cache subdirectories, they’re unique user data, user images, and user files, so that erasing legacy/cache/* wouldn’t result in user data loss.
