Conditions in reports 7.6.1 does not work

The conditions in Reports do not work as expected in 7.6.1. Only the first conditions apply, it will not consider the rest of the conditions.

I have upgraded to 7.7.8 and this issue still exists?

Hi. The latest issue opened with this is

On the original post reporting the problem, there is a solution (adding a parenthesis). Can everybody in this thread please try doing that, testing, and reporting back here? Thanks
